One email account per attendee. Each attendee registers with their own email. Anyone under 20 must name a consenting parent or guardian during registration. A teacher bringing a group can create a join code for students to enter, but cannot register or give consent on behalf of any student.
A held seat is reserved for 10 minutes. If it is not confirmed within that window it returns automatically to the next person on the waitlist.
The QR code is personal and rotates every 60 seconds. A forwarded screenshot will not admit anyone.
Certificates are issued strictly according to the published conditions. The faculty may revoke one issued in error or obtained dishonestly, recording the reason in the verification record.
Automated tools for mass booking, fake accounts, and attempts to reach other people’s data are prohibited and will result in suspension.
